Presently, MFI supports 25 students, who are pursuing higher education in Colombia. The main goal is to ensure that these students obtain a technical or university
degree
and join the working force. Currently, we have a 94.5% success in job placement.
In the past three years, we have graduated eighteen students in nursing (geriatrics), philosophy and religious sciences, hydraulic mechanics, agroindustrial engineering, occupational health, systems engineering, computer systems technician, urban waste management and elementary and high school teachers.
The final outcome will be the total integration of our scholars, their families and their communities.
This should have a social stabilizing effect and will prepare future generations to
educate their children and to promote true democratic principles
.
Since the cooperation with FUNDEHUMAC provides our students with training on leadership, we expect them to become the future legislators, free from corruption and with the desire to better educate their children.
